At Camifield, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Certain items (such as clearance or final sale items) may not be eligible for return.

Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Wrong item received

Defective or damaged product (on delivery)

Item not as described

Customer changed their mind (color, size, or personal preference)

Return Shipping Cost And Labels

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item shipped or defective/damaged on delivery), Camifield will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

In all other cases (such as change of mind, color/size issues, or items becoming defective after delivery), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and providing their own return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Camifield is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is charged for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.

Return Process

Contact us at support@camifield.store with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

If applicable, we will issue a prepaid return label. Otherwise, customers must arrange their own return shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 8 business days.

Shipping costs paid at checkout and return shipping costs (if customer’s responsibility) are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 8 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank for further assistance.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@camifield.store.

Exchanges

We do not provide direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, color, or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund and provide a prepaid return label.
